Keep soil moist to avoid toughness. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRadish is usually eaten raw, harvest while young and tender. Leaves and developing seedpods are also tasty. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlant radishes near beans, beets, celeriac, chervil, cucumber, lettuce, mint, parsnip, peas, spinach, squash, and tomatoes. Avoid planting near Agastache or potatoes.
