Caraway – 50 Seeds
Caraway is a classic culinary herb. It is easy to grow once established. In the spring of the second year, white umbel flowers form, attracting beneficial insects, such as hoverflies. Harvest seed heads, when plump and light brown, hang to dry. Thresh to remove seeds. It is used in bread and savoury dishes to lend an earthy, mild anise flavour.
