Description
CELERY Light Green (Apium graveolens)
This Asian style celery is mostly used in soups and stews. The pencil thin bright light green stalks can be harvested in the micro-green stage at about 30 days. It will be fully mature at about 60 days.
It will withstand harvesting for many months. The stalks and leaves have that distinct celery smell and taste.
The thickness of sowing would depend upon the purpose for which the stalks are to be harvested. Plant much closer when used for microgreens.
