A purple stemmed and budded Chinese broccoli which will produce a large quantity of long, pencil thick stems. A good cut and come again variety. Used raw in salads or cooked in stir-fries or soups. For use, they are usually cooked briefly. It is one of the most commonly cultivated plants in Asia & is grown under a wide range of different climates & soil types.
