Borne in clusters of 5 or more these dainty little fruits have rich glossy deep purple thin skins with tender near seedless sweet-tasting flesh.
Best quality crops are attained when harvested young at about 10cm, but larger fruit will develop if not picked.
These versatile highly productive Asian eggplants grow in clusters on sturdy plants. They can be picked very early at finger-sized or a little larger without losing the texture. Wonderful for Thai or any Asian or Indian dishes.
