Custom seed packets for councils, candidates and recovery groups

Seed packets for citizenship ceremonies, election campaigns and recovery after a bushfire or a flood carry your council's, campaign's or group's name and your words on a 90 x 145 mm envelope with a sealed satchel of seed inside. The smallest order is 20, prices come down to $1.89 a packet at 1,000 in colour or $1.49 in black, and twenty-two designs, every one with room for your logo, are ready to print.

  • A gift from the council for every new citizen at the ceremony on Jetty Sunrise, Pennant Corner, Welcome Badge and Lamington Plate, on Australian Citizenship Day or at any ceremony in the year.
  • Letterbox drops, street stalls, door knocks and pre-poll for candidates of any party or none on Ballot Box, Tick the Box, Hall Steps and Notice Board: every design has a slot for the authorisation line, and they open with no Happy Valley Seeds name on the envelope and a QR code to a plain grow page.
  • Recovery days, working bees and thank-yous after a bushfire or a flood from councils, recovery centres and community groups on New Shoot, Rebuild Together, Sandbag Corner and Rainbow Paddocks, with quiet, practical words and no hurry in them.
  • Upload your logo in the designer at no extra cost, or your council's or group's name prints in the box instead. Councils can pay on a purchase order, due 15 days from the invoice date. Swan River daisy for a ceremony, chives for a campaign and everlasting daisy for a recovery day, or any of our 40 varieties. Up to 250 packets leave us within 1 to 3 business days of your approved proof, and 251 to 1,000 within four.

Questions

Can election candidates order seed packets for a campaign?

Yes. Every election design has a slot for the authorisation line that electoral law asks for on printed campaign material: type the name and address of the person authorising it, and it prints at the foot of the back. Check your electoral commission's rules for the wording. The designs open with no Happy Valley Seeds name on the envelope and a QR code to a plain grow page.

Do you print for every party?

We print for candidates of any party, or none, on the same terms. Our example designs name made-up candidates and seats, and their colourways avoid any one party's colours.

Can a council order for every citizenship ceremony in the year?

Yes. Order one design and reorder it before each ceremony, or order the year's packets at once and keep them somewhere cool and dry. Councils can pay on a purchase order.

Are seed packets right after a bushfire or a flood?

Councils and recovery groups hand them out at recovery days and working bees, when people are ready to put something back in the ground. Our suggested words are quiet and practical, with no hurry in them, and every packet holds a sealed satchel of seed with how to sow it.

How long do they take?

Up to 250 packets leave us within 1 to 3 business days of your approved proof, and delivery time comes on top. For Western Australia and Tasmania, allow about a week more for the state seed inspection. Add your date in the designer and it shows the dispatch window before you pay.
